WHAT IS BODYWORK?

Bodywork is a holistic somatic approach that combines gentle touch, breath, movement, and awareness.
Each session is a space of exploration, where touch becomes a language of reconnection, release, and deep listening.

WHY PRACTICE BODYWORK?

On the emotional level:

 

To release tensions held in the body (often connected to past wounds or stress)

To restore a sense of safety and inner peace

To bring movement and life back to areas where energy feels stuck

To learn to welcome and move through emotions with the body as your guide

 

On the physical level:

 

To release accumulated stress, chronic pain, or unconscious muscle contractions

To restore flow, warmth, and circulation throughout the body

To reconnect with your sensations, sensuality, and vital energy

 

On the psycho-energetic level:

 

To reintegrate parts of yourself that have become disconnected or numb

To support a process of inner healing and self-reconnection

To feel fully at home in your body

To calm the mind by returning to the aliveness within

HOW DOES THE SESSION UNFOLD?

You’ll lie down on a massage table, clothed or partially covered, depending on what feels safe and appropriate.
The touch is conscious, slow, and deeply attuned — always guided by your body’s rhythm and needs.
It may include gentle mobilizations, deep pressure, or simply still presence.
